Role Overview

As our Outbound Telemarketing Lead Generator, you will be at the forefront of our business development efforts, identifying and engaging potential clients in the US market. Your exceptional communication skills and deep understanding of technology services will drive our growth and expand our client base.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential clients in US-based geographies
• Identify decision-makers within target companies and initiate contact
• Articulate our technology services offerings clearly and persuasively.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for sales team
• Maintain accurate records of all communications in our CRM system
• Achieve and exceed monthly lead generation targets
• Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in outbound telemarketing or lead generation, preferably in the technology sector
• Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of technology services and B2B sales processes
• Ability to work night shifts to align with US time zones
• Resilient and self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent listening skills and ability to overcome objections
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite

• Preferred Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in selling technology services or SaaS products
• Familiarity with US business culture and communication norms
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
